Potsdam, NY: Ideas on What Makes a Thriving College Town

Alan Rizzo reports in the Watertown (NY) Daily Times, "Experts, officials comment on what makes a college town thrive." Potsdam is a community of over 17,000 population with two higher education institutions, Clarkson University [3,726 students] and SUNY College at Potsdam [4,042 students].

Small higher education institutions will be the primary focus of the Small College Garden. It will also highlight small college towns.
