Fascinating Look into the Founding of Vermont College of Fine Arts

Nat Frothingham's article, "Creating a College: The Story of the Vermont College of Fine Arts," in The Bridge is a fascinating look at the founding of an institution of higher education.  The campus had been serving as the Montplier campus of Norwich University.  Frothingham begins with Norwich's decision to close the campus and describes the steps that ultimately led to incorporation of the Vermont College of Fine Arts in 2006.  Enrollment has been growing and is currently over 400 students.
